His early exposure instilled in him a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and a meticulous attention to detail. Over the years, Mike has honed his skills and expertise, becoming a seasoned professional known for his precision and dedication. He brings his lifelong passion and experience to every project, ensuring the highest quality and satisfaction for every client. Mike and Andrea's journey together began with their first dates at construction sites, where they discovered their shared passion and learned to work as a team. Those early experiences laid the foundation for their strong partnership, both personally and professionally. Over the years, their collaboration has flourished, leading to the creation of Jeffery Design Studio and the construction division. Today, their combined expertise and love for what they do continue to drive their love for design and construction, transforming spaces and bringing clients' visions to life.

However, what truly sets her apart is her ability to create a warm and inclusive environment. Treating coworkers like family, Jen fosters camaraderie and cultivates a positive atmosphere that makes everyone excited to be a part of the team. When she's not working with the creative brains in the studio, Jen effortlessly juggles her roles as a loving spouse and a proud parent of a college-aged son. Meet Tonya, our Senior Designer at Jeffery Design Studio! With over 15 years of experience in design-build, she brings an impressive skillset to the team. Her technical expertise in design is complemented by her extensive knowledge as the “Resident Cabinetry Expert”, showcasing her deep understanding and passion for kitchen and bath design. She takes charge of various aspects of the projects from start to finish, including overseeing construction plans, cabinet designs and ordering, tile designs, project management, and much more. With her meticulous approach, she leaves nothing to chance, and clients can trust that their project is in capable hands. Outside of work, Tonya’s creativity knows no bounds. When she’s not leading the charge in the studio, you can find her passionately engrossed in D.I.Y. projects, exploring new places through travel, and spending quality time with her husband, two boys, and adorable furbabies. Always approachable and friendly, Tonya brings a casual and warm vibe to the studio!

With a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset, she brings fresh perspectives to every project. She embraces a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and aspirations, then translating them into captivating designs. Wendy combines technical prowess with artistic flair to bring concepts to life. When at home, Wendy enjoys working on DIY projects, finding quiet moments with her husband, and being able to guide and support her 2 kids as they navigate their teen years and become their own people.

To do so, I wanted to add square footage to my home and create a more open floor plan and needed help putting together a cohesive vision. I met with Andrea and chose her as my Interior Designer because of her contemporary design style and her in-depth knowledge of both the design and construction process; which most interior designers don’t have.
